Our requirements for franchising begin with our applicants having a passion for food. Those to be considered as candidates for a New York Burger Co.™ franchise already see themselves as foodies...later to become evangelists for our burger brand and their new businesses.

Beyond this highly desired personal characteristic, we believe that candidates should possess some or all of the following:

• A true belief in the brand
• A drive for success
• Prior retail or restaurant experience
• The financial means commensurate with the size of the undertaking and to drive the business forward
• A vision and business plan for developing the business under our brand
